Assessment of Advanced Digital Skills in Kenya

The digital economy thrives on skilled talent. Our assessment of advanced digital skills in Kenya mapped the gap between the current workforce capabilities and the demands of a tech-driven economy. This project involved stakeholder engagement, workforce analysis, and strategic planning to identify priority areas for capacity building. The outcomes informed national strategies to enhance ICT skills, enabling Kenya to remain competitive in the global digital economy.
