Our team undertook a thorough evaluation of Rwanda’s National Post Office to assess its operational framework in the context of a rapidly digitalizing economy. The survey highlighted opportunities for integrating technology into core services, optimizing logistics, and aligning operations with modern customer expectations. The recommendations aimed to transform the National Post Office into a customer-centric and technologically advanced institution capable of supporting Rwanda’s socio-economic growth.
